FAQS
1. I’ve assembled it, but it doesn’t look like the video. Did I do something wrong?
This is common. Different sizes and models can look slightly different once assembled.
Please focus on correct height, length, and alignment rather than making it look exactly the same as the video.
2. The frame feels uneven or not straight after assembly.
Check that all tubes are fully inserted and screws are tightened evenly on both sides.
If one side is tighter than the other, loosen slightly and re-adjust before tightening again.
3. My dog doesn’t want to stand or move after installation.
This is normal, especially during the first few attempts.
We recommend short indoor practice sessions (5–10 minutes) and allowing your dog time to adapt without forcing movement.
4. How tight should the straps be?
Straps should be snug but not tight.
You should be able to comfortably fit one finger between the strap and your dog’s body.
If you notice redness or resistance, loosen slightly.
5. The wheels don’t touch the ground evenly.
This usually means the height adjustment needs fine-tuning.
Adjust both sides gradually and make sure your dog is standing on a flat surface during setup.
